Ingredients For Puri:
White flour 1 cup
Semolina 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Ghee/Oil 1 cup
Filling:
Almonds 20 finely chopped
Pistachio 20 finely chopped
Coconut powder 1 cup
Raisins 1/2 cup, washed in hot water and dried
Sugar 1 cup
Oil as required

Method:
Soak semolina in milk in a large bowl. When semolina is thoroughly soaked. sift the white flour and add to semolina along with ghee. Knead into a hard dough and set aside for few minutes. Heat ghee in a small pan and fry. chopped almonds and pistachios. Remove from pan and cool for a half hour. Combine almonds and pistachios with the coconut powder, sugar, and raisins. Roll out the dough into small round puri shapes about dam inch” in diameter, fill with a tablespoon of mixed nuts and turn hall ova to form a D slope. Press down the edges to close firmly. Use Ill the dough and cover the filled pun’s with a damp cloth. Heat oil in the karahi, turn down heat to medium when oil is hot. Fry until golden brown, drain on kitchen paper.
