Chicken Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:


Chicken:            1.5 Kg whole, washed and cleaned

Bay leaf:            1

Black Pepper:    4

Garlic:                3 cloves, unpeeled

Cabbage:            1 medium

Carrot:                3 grated

Capsicums:         3 remove seeds and white pith, chop finely

Spring Onion:     1 cup, chopped fine - don't use the white part

Sandwich bread: 2 large, ask your baker to tint it pink, green or blue with food color.

Eggs:                   4, hard boiled

Fresh cream:       1/2 cup

Warm milk:         1/2 cup

Mayonnaise:       1 cup

Butter:                 1 packet

White pepper:     1 Tsp

Black pepper:     1 Tsp

Sugar:                 1 Tsp

Salt:                    to taste

Method :


Boil chicken with bay leaf, black pepper, and garlic till tender. Drain, remove meat from bones and chop into small pieces. Remove eggshells, mix eggs with chicken and grind to a paste. Add butter, mayonnaise, vegetables, black and white pepper, sugar and salt along with warm milk and cream. Leave in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Cut the edges of the bread, spread the chicken, egg, and vegetable mixture on slices of bread and put them together. Cut into four pieces.
