Ingredients :
0kra 1/2 kg wash and drain, chop finely Onions 4 medium, finely chopped
Red chilies 1/, tbsp, crushed
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric Vamp
Lemon 3
Green chilies 3 chopped
Oil 1/2! CUP
Salt to taste
Method :
Heat oil in a karahi and fry onions till golden brown. Add okra, red chiles, turmeric and cumin seeds. Cook for a few minutes stirring frequently. Tim cover and cook for five minutes. Sprinkle the juice of three lemons, green chilies, and salt. Serve hot with puri.
